1. Banana Paste

Ingredients to use:

Two ripe bananas and a few drops of coconut oil.


  • Mash the bananas into a smooth paste and add a few drops of coconut oil to them.
  • Apply the paste all across your feet and nails and let it stay for 30 minutes before you rinse it off.
  • Repeat this for at least 2 weeks before going to bed to get the best results.

2. Honey

A natural antiseptic, honey is excellent to heal cracked heels and free them from germs. Being a humectant, honey can moisturize your feet to rejuvenate your ailing skin.


5 tablespoons honey

A tub of warm water


  • Mix the honey in a tub of warm water.
  • Clean the feet and massage the honey water gently for 20 minutes.
