Transformational Leadership:
It is a style of leadership that focuses on empowering and motivating followers through a process of shared vision, personal motivation, and mutual trust. It is contrasted with transactional leadership. Transformational leadership relies on the idea that to develop an effective leader; one must be able to motivate followers to work toward a common goal. They are more results-oriented than inspirational, which means they are less likely to use symbols, metaphors, or analogies when communicating with their followers.
